Award-winning writer/director Jamie Parslow leads this in-person ISF seminar on taking creative control by making your own films.

Held at the CFA Studio in Los Angeles, this session will explore when and how writers should consider stepping into directing or producing their own work. Jamie will also break down the film festival circuit—how to choose the right festivals, what to expect, and how to make the most of the experience. Writers based in LA are encouraged to attend in person to connect with Jamie and fellow creatives; the session will also be streamed live for remote participants.
